usually I eat 3 scrambled eggs in the morning and the rest is just random, it actually depends on what my mom cooked for the day lol. This is why I'm looking for something strict that I can follow and obey. Appreciate your help!

I try to eat as healthy as possible and I try to eat as less carbs...
My goal would be to shed fat and increase muscle mass a little bit more, although I'm more focused on shedding fat. As a first time user what peptide would you guys recommend me to use? also how long should I run the cycle/doses?
