For some reason my girl doesnt like to go to the gym..
She will ask me about arm workouts and such and Ill be like yeah why not come to the gym with me and she always says no lol.
She has some dumbbells and does at home work out videos kinda often.
I guess its whatever floats your boat.
Milk diet?
Eat 5-7 small meals a day.
Cut your daily carbohydrates and sugars down.
Why not do two (very fast) 10 minute jogs a day instead. This will help boost your metabolism.
An example of something I might do:
4:30-Protein Shake
7:00-4 scrambled eggs
10:00-Peanut Butter on wheat bread...
Leg exercises do more for belly fat than leg raises do since abs are very small muscles.. You just have to keep with it.. doesnt help to add winny either lol
