    i wasnt saying lactic acid for building muscle. but lactic acid is proven to stimulate growth hormone. And this is useful for fat loss. that is 100% documented and true, i was only asking what peoples opinions experiences were not trying to start some kind of argument....

    for weight loss is a particular rep range more beneficial? i have read that higher rep ranges produce more lactic acid which is beneficial to weight loss?

    is there a benefit to doing days that are different rep ranges, ie if your doing an A B A routine, the first A you do heavy between 5-8 reps each exercise, next time you do A you do a lighter weight ie 10-12 reps, i guess its a form of periodisation?

    im doing db bench as bb bench seems to sometimes make my back ache, its harder to keep hands far apart with db's. and the set up itself for db's takes quite a lot out of you, i'll try and alternate db bench and bb bench, its weird i can actually bench more with db's....thats all ive been using...

    ha ha no, push/pull/legs is a very popular routine! plus was he doing an upper/lower split? it says ABA. if i was him why would i make another thread asking a similar thing? plus in that quote he's talking about him NOT wanting to go to failure, ive specifically stated i will be, im sure he got...
