    has anyone had this problem? i have a grape size bump over my acromioclavicular joint. this is the area at the end of the clavicle and over the shoulder. this problem is starting to effect me when i bench.

    i'm currently in a bulking phase 6'0 210 i was wondering if i did cardio twice a week just to keep the heart healthy and the fat away the stomach would be ok, or would it hurt my gains.

    at my last doctors visit i had some minor lower back pain. he told me i had very tight hamstrings and i should do something about it. it may help me with my back pain. now i'm 6'0 202lbs very fit. so it's not from being over weight. can someone give me some advice to loosen up my h/s thanks
