Drinking too much water can kill you also, I better stay away from water. If steriods were legal I would do them, but by the time the get around to making them legal there might be something better. There have been alot of advancements in science lately that could help us lifters in the future.

Shirted or not, pushing 1005 lbs is a feat. The Platz vid is amazing also, i would of broke down and started crying well before 23.

Make your own, there are plenty of sites online that have recipes on how to make gainers that are cheaper than store bought ones.

I remember reading somewhere that they were taller, I stand corrected. Gives me something to look up to, being a shorted guy myself.

How tall are the great benchers, I was always under the impression that the were over 6 foot. Or better yet, what is the heaviest weight lifted by someone short.

5'5" 160 with a 200lb bench after 8 months of serious training. I just started increasing my bench after reading the thread on the correct way to bench.

The goverment only cares about image, its easy to attack something like PHs because the public has no knowledge of these products. Then the only thing voters see is what a 'wonderful' thing the goverment did, and how many people are now safer. Its all bull, its our bodies, why do they care.
