I absolutely understand your point of view. Sponsors should sometimes take a more critical look and try to find a golden point, UGL will never be perfect because even pharmaceutical companies made mistakes. Members of the forum also sometimes exaggerate with opinions and shout on each other...
Is quite strange ??? personally I never had retention after used Var even I haven't seen anything like this on guys which I'm training with. Maybe lab was mistaken batch? or label ? lol who knows :hmmm:
I agree with you. I also do not believe everything that suppliers show how they do test etc. In my opinion is to do HPLC in some familiar lab then you will be sure what is going on.
I do not believe in an internet lab as well because if you pay well, they will write everything what you want on...
It's depends which type of creatine you wanna use, I've used before monohydrate long time ago I cant remember how many exactly mg but when I took quite lot I have had itchy and red skin :)

I love tren as well but never took more than 400mg a week when I used more then I had problem with sleeping, sweating a lot etc. so between 200-400 is enough

when I broke my shoulder many years ago Ive used deca as therapy from Doc, inj 200mg every 2 weeks but when I finished my therapy, couple of weeks later massive pain almost killed me, deca has worked more like pain relief but unfortunately didn't heal my injury
When I used Ostarine last time my test dropped down and I was so sleepy but... I used 30mg+ (silly me) now I know I shouldn't take more than 25mg!! just few mg and how big difference. Great post very helpful
