    I don't deadlift much anymore, but back when I did, I was pulling 233.6 pounds for 1-3 reps (at only 105 pounds body mass). The same with squat - don't do this anymore (or when I do, not heavy at all) since my lower body gains mass even looking at the weights, LOL, but my 1RM was 336.6 pounds...

    Blood pressure is definitely not the best - especially if that's resting (if it's not resting, then the number is irrelevant). Yes, you can get all those things in pill form - it's often better to get powder, though, because it's cheaper for more. You don't need to up the Milk Thistle...
