Save and stack the dbol. Time don't matter 4 exercises to a muscle group a day is perfect.
But if you can't help your self. Run no lower than 40mg of dbol a day for starters.
Age your age, starting off good starter for the Test.
I def up the d-bol dose age. 40 would be the best to me.
I have always had better results with Test E running it once a week.

I know people to do EQ and Sus. Great results. Sus is great just not sure with dbol. Unless your looking to gain shit load of weight. Diet will be the key there
