    Great tasting protein that also mixes well AND had a SOLID ingredient profile , not some cheap whey concentrate, this is basically the top notch standard. This is like getting your Vegetables straight from the garden rather than buying it in a can.

    Starting strength imo was one of the best programs for a beginner . After about 6-12 months I like to up the volume for accessory lifts, and eventually I make it more bodybuilderish .

    I can't really say there is a GOAT ( greatest of all time ) , at first I was thinking it would have to be Ronnie, Haney, and Arnold, but man even Phil is gifted and you can't forget Dorian, it's really hard to justify what counts as the best bodybuilder.

    About 1 min for me, 1 min rest between squats is KILLER and it brings a whole new level of pain.

    whats better for growth

    Staying consistent and always beating pr's is my favorite thing, It's hard to do when your constantly switching out exercises or messing with workout variables such as rest times, exercise order , etc.

    What do you think is the minimal amount of time during a cruise if blood work is good , that you can comeback on ? Say I go 12 weeks on blast and cruise for 4 weeks and bloodwork is perfect can I start that same day , and aas sensitivity will be high and myostatin won't be an issue ?

    Hehe Test for the win, so simple and effective, sometimes people over complicate things way too much when they don't need to , especially the average gym rat.
