Rest. Between the chest, quad and bicep DOMS i was experiencing, i decided to skip training and take in more cals. Glad i did.
Cals: 5450. Rare cheeseburgers, marinara ziti, peanut butter, Honey bran muffins, whole milk. To name a few.
