is dieting and taking protein counter-productive?
heres what i do ... i am eating clean (watching calories and carbs) but i will have a double scoop of protein in a small smoothy PostWO... 1ce a day 5-6 days a week
i alternate 1day resistance training 1...
ive read on here that u can't bulk and cut at the same time soooooooooo....
is it better to bulk and then cut ... or to cut then bulk...
i would think bulk then cut due to the fact that bigger muscles burn calories faster???
am i on the right path??? :rocker:
in thinking about trying it to improve my skills... that would be SWEET!!!
