Ive tryed shaving a few times without relaxing and letting my skin loosen up I get razor burn and ingrown hairs eventually and shit. Guess its just me though. :p
i have a good diet set and ive been back on phosphagen hp. when i used to be in school and was working out a lot i just couldnt get past like 150. Its like i have a metabolism roadblock. :(
What's everyone out there using for when they want to put on some weight?
I just started working out again recently and lost a signifigant amount of weight. I'm getting decently cut again but now I want to pack on some pounds.
Nah i wouldnt say i have a problem with body fat its more like for the past 3 years i kinda just let it all go. once i started working out again though like i said above 20 pounds were gone in 2½ weeks of working out just about every day and running every day. got rid of all the junk food out...
yeah ive heard he was cool and also the dude that does the painting. sr is just like he is on tv i guess he he. and as for mikey.. couldnt even pass his motorcyle test lol.
