    Yeah you're right I never really kept track of my diet. I have a fast metabolism so I basically made sure I ate enough protein and carbs but that's it. I didn't keep a journal or something. I should watch it now... swimming a lot or doing a lot of reps does make me feel more hungry afterwards...
