ive read through some of the diets and such, its just really hard for me because i start work at 5am so i dont have much time in the morning, and at lunch i have about 30 min which isn't a lot either. the only time i can really eat is at dinner which i usually try to do.

im 21, 5'11 and only about 135lbs. I want to get more muscle and put on some weight.
I usually have a bowl of cereal in the morning and then an average lunch, sandwhich, chips...
