    Decline angle?

    The decline actually recruits more of the chest muscles than the flat bench. This has been discussed in previous posts many times before. I am just curious what angle most people use.

    How much gym time is too much?

    I take off Wednesday and Saturday. I follow a push, legs, pull schedule, so it varies what I do on what day of the week. I try to spend no more than an hour including warmups.

    I use them and don't have any loss of appetite or muscle. When I get home from the gym I could eat a small cow.

    I had the same problem with Jacked. A couple of alternatives are White Flood, Superpump Max and I recently picked up some neurocore. I cycle these and don't have a problem sleeping with any of them. Some will say preworkouts are a waste, but after working all day they give me the boost and focus...

    I do chest/tris, legs, and back/bis. I don't go more than 3 days without a rest day, but sometimes I will do back then chest without the rest in between. I will throw in some accessory shoulder work on chest days, but my shoulders feel better with minimal isolation work. Again, I never go more...
