whats up guys?
i just started today at 40 mcg of clen and will work up 20mcg a day till i feel comfortable with the sides, the sides are noticed at 40mcg but not to much im a little shaky but its not to bad. I have liquid clen BTW
my other supplements are:
fish oil
multi
taurine 4000 mg a day...
i found a thread awhile back on a different gear forum saying its optimal to have high protein moderate carbs and low fat while running clen because of the thermogenic effect protein and carbs works well with clen or something
i am, im still running just caffiene and 1,3 demth as my "fatburner" till i hit a break wall i just wanna make sure when i do do clen my diet is optimal fori t
protein 1.5 x 180 = 270 grams
carb 1 x 180 = 180 grams
fat .25 x 180 = 45 grams
which is roughly 2205 calories..i took the calculations from a thread on a different website but should fat be a little higher and protein be lower? Its going to be VERY hard to get that much protein without more...
theres so many different options for cutting, my goal is to go sub 10% - i have never been there my lowest was 10% but i fattened myself up to around 15% =[ well fat for me anyway.
right now im on a 5 day split
arms
legs
chest
back
shoulders
I see what your saying, I read the carb cycling codex over at T-Nation and it made sense. Eat for what you did that day, for instance on back or legs it would be high carbs chest and shoulders medium carbs and arms and 2 off days it would be lower carbs. I do quite well with around 90-100...
if you eat oatmeal with another protein source along side (eggs, chicken, etc) the amino acids will combine and form complete proteins with the incomplete protein from the oatmeal so yes i do count it
keto didn't work that great for me...i felt like complete sh!!!t
Have been looking into carb cycling and theres so many different choices
carb cycling codex
twin peaks(but i IF so the whole different carb meals at different days wouldnt work)
3 days low 1 day high
no/low/high
3 days low 1 day...
This basically. OP have you ever heard of the term bro science? Well thats what ratios are there a great way for mindless bbers to eat but in reality you dont need much more protein then 1 gram/lbm. Dont be afraid of fats and carbs as carbs are used for hormal function and energy, fats...
I only eat omega eggs salmon ground beef steak and cheese. Benefiber occasionally. Theres a family bbq tomorrow i hope the stuff isnt marinated because then id have to wait another two weeks to carb up i assume
