Get it FIXED!! I had a small tear that became a FULL tear!! Was not good at all. Took a year to heal and be used again. Do not screw around with it. Have it fixed. Speaking from experience!!
Very sound advise above. Had a fully torn rotator cuff last year. Doctor fixed me up last October. I am back lifting light now but still not 100%. It does take time to heal. He told me a year and I thought that would be too long. WRONG!!! Have to take my time with this one.
You should look into OLAD. One Lift A Day, if you are going to lift that way. 5 days a week, one body part, one lift. You seem to be doing a lot of volume there.
I am just getting back in the game after I totally tore my ACL in half. I have been doing NO leg work for 3 months. My PT is now light leg presses and leg curls. I am alot better now with no pain. Just take it slow and easy. You can still do damage to the knee even further. No twisting exercises!!
WOW, I have had mine for a couple of years now. I bought it from New York Barbells. Great piece of equipment. When I use it, it is like doing deadlifts and squats in one exercise. Then you do shrugs with it! Killer!!
