    How often do you train?

    TRAINING Back when i was Team Canada for TKD, I trained everyday. Mind you it was mostly cardio hey, and not weightlifting. The only strength excercises i did was lyk squats, pushups, pullups, and ab excercises. I vote 7 days :DD:D:D:D:D:D::DD::D:D
