maybe they are leaving out some dextrose? that stuff helps in insulin creation, which helps builds muskles

i tried some prolabs creatine loading drink...
i looked at the ingredients, and it had silica in it... it felt really weird going down teh first time.. but after a while, it was ok. now i assume that the silica is just a cheap filler material, so i dont think i'm gonna buy anymore prolabs stuff
