i didnt mean so sound like i was criticising you and i do under stand what you are saying....with that said if your gunna do that take some batting practice to get ur timeing down....
still though ....ya strength is good but you have to train your self to be quick lifting weights isnt a fast movement.... all those muscles you have built are not trained to go fast...they are not trained to be quick...amd if you try flicking your wrist you better time it just rite or your hands...
she wants to loose weight and the thing is her legs are muscular( i would kill to them) but the not nasty big...but any ways...how could she make her legs slim up?.... for the wieght i know its about eating and exercising but im puzzzled on the muscle part
well i guess i have got my answer...i eat average 3 times a day or so with a snack or two inbetween and protein twice a day.....but for my snack i eat canned tuna unless i have ran out...but i guess from what yall are saying eat more and more often....
over load under load....use a heavy bat(40oz or so) and hit 20 balls or so...then pick up a light bat(tee ball bat) and then hit 20 so. the heavy bat makes you keep your hands throught the ball at the same time strength while the smaller bat trains the quick twitch muscles...get some1 to soft...
Im a 18 yr. old that is really frustrated. Ive worked out for 2yrs constantly not missing a beat. Ive hardly gained anything mabey and inch on my arms and 2in on chest and mabey a 2in on my legs...i cant shake 160lbs either...ive got alittle stronger but not much....ive used multi vitamins...
