    wow thats alot of legs in one day! I juststarted working out.Yesterday I completed my one week cycle.my leg routine consists of dumbell excercises only.Because thats all I have 3___6/12 lunges 3___6/12 single leg squats 3___6/12 squats you have to try the single legs they are a killer !

    Majority of people say workouts should be between 45-60 mins. Today I did back/biceps. I was done in 30 mins. What am I doing wrong? Am I doing some thing wrong? Everytime I work out I'm done in 30 mins or less. Maybe it's because I'm still a rookie I've only been lifting for 1 week now...
