Hey, im a 19 year old, im short, and weigh abouts 180. I want to drop about 20-25 pounds by the END of APRIL. I figure i just need to lose 1.5-2.0 pounds a week. My plan goes like so, 45-60 minute workouts:
Day 1: Chest/Triceps
Day 2: Shoulders/Legs
Day 3: Back/Biceps
Day 4: Off
Day 5...
