    I agree to that 100% animal. Stretching always feels terrific to me, and I've never had any soreness. I think if ponyboy starts a regular routine he'll be ready for the sit and reach test with no problem at all.

    Ahhh. Now I see the light (sometimes the synapses don't fire correctly). Yeah, those 4-in-the-morning walks in Seattle this time of year can have that effect on a person. Like Scotty said - get lots of the vitamin C stuff. Get well, then get on the protein.

    IMO I would say yes, after five months of no work you can drop that much, esp. if you were only able to get 165 up twice. It sounds like you had just gotten to that level. The good news is that if you stay consistent and keep hitting it intensely and eat right, your muscles will snap back...
