I've read the sticky and tried doing a search but came up with nothing but journals. I know that its cyclic and is supposed to inhibit adaptation but what is the concept behind p/rr/s? From looking at the sticky the Power week and Rep Range week look similar. Confused.

Actually I went to the Iowa Games Powerlifting Comp. Last year and the winning raw bench press at 140 was around 240. That was in the 18 and under class.

I understand that. But I dont understand the basic nutritional concept of that. Why is it more important to take a slower realeasing protein before bed? Is this because our metabolic rates decrease when we are sleeping?
I just got the BN CEE also and it does taste like crap. Tastes like extremely bitter salt water mixed with chlorinated pool water.
I justmix it in water and try to chug it all at once...less time it spends in your mouth, less time there is to taste it
Why should casein protein be taken before bed? Why not a "normal" whey protein?

The main reason I ask if I need to take creatine on off days is because I want to conserve.
