    You only really need 3 hard training sessions per week, 30-50mins. Especially if you are working a lot and it is labour, less will equal more. Read over what Built said in her post, looks like sound advice to me.

    Try maybe a smaller increment of test, 600mg for 12 weeks, no need to make big jumps. It would be better to run the deca for longer then 6 weeks because it takes a while to kick in.

    After about 2.5 weeks I usually have a rush in sex drive and better pumps as my first indicators of elevated test levels. At about 3.5-4 weeks, it's full out war at the gym, plenty of aggression, very good pumps, and just a general good feeling.

    Base with test, I can't recommend you use either of those substances without a base of test. Maybe you can get away with winny at 50mg a day. Also you don't want to run orals for 8 weeks. Try to keep it to 5 weeks on average.
