    Thanks guys. I love supersetting..... squats and lunges are a really good one (obviously not tppt), it is all about legs. Speaking of which I just don't feel my legs are getting it with this routine right now. I miss my sldls. But it is a weight thing. Just got to bump it up.

    You really need to talk to your Doctor. Depending on the severity of your asthma he might suggest a steroid inhaler or something else. Medicinal options for asthma have improved greatly and there are lots of new products out there. As far as stunting your muscle growth at 17, most likely not.
