i know a few people who have gone through a few containers of it and they had the same amount of growth that they get from using there other protein. i dont think from what ive read that is strong enough to really do anything to help with mystatin, its just an expensive protein.

m-chest, shoulders, and tris
w-back, and bis
f-legs.
i usually do 4 sets of for basic movements, reps are in the 8-10 range. every 3-4months i do a form of HIT for a couple months.
I joined bb.com and i dont really like the foeums that much the most of the people in them are just on there to talk about other people and not give much help. I do think they have good articles and you can get some good info from it.
