I heard here that it is not good to have Brown Sugar in your Oatmeal in the morning, so is it ok to have a really little bit? or is it best to not have any at all?

I also train boxing to help my Muay Thai
I compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and am 14-3 in competitions
I train in Vale Tudo but havnt competed yet in it. Vale Tudo is the same thing as MMA.
I notice reading a lot of recipes and alot of your mealplans that most of you eat a lot of cottage cheese in your diets? Why do you eat it? I have never eaten cottage cheese so i dont know anything about it. Does it taste good?
