    thats too much muscle groups at the same day! And why would u do abs after every workout?? abs are achieved through diet not through doing them everyday

    The only thing i might be doing wrong is the fact that i never dead lift, i did it for like a month and i saw absolutely no result just a waste of time, i dont think i am useing the proper form so i stoped doing those, but other than that i think my routine is perfect for me

    i have this, so do most of the guys in my gym, i just deal with it, my forearm hasnt snapped in half yet. I noticed that with time it kinda goes away. how long have u been lifting for?
