G'day guyz 'n gals,
Just lettin you know the first "other category" in the above vote was me from Australia. :-)
Needed to balance the vote just a tad.
For some years I have mucked about doing weights, wanting to have a beaut pigeon but had no discipline. This was until my mother was diognosed with cancer, which was pivotal in getting me serious in bodybuilding. Now I want to be "Fit for life". My mother is in remission now and doing well...
Put me down for Arnold due to him being the modern day pioneer, of late I think Jay is in proportion and coming up through the ranks Abbas Khatami has heaps going for him.
From the time you get "that look" that says your going to have it made to my gasping breaths up to 5 hours later. During all that time - I feel like I'm in heaven :lick:
Luv my Quads +
My tape measure has run away as I think I have overused it. From memory I'm around 5'10", 185 lbs, 41"ch, 34"w,26"quads with 15"c. calves that is.

I keep a log of my current exercises so I remember where I'm up to as I increase my plates. Throw the old sheets away as I update.
I find I don't need to remember all tha figures, just need to remember where to find the details. It saves
Yup, I agree with the rule. Here in Sydney most gyms have signs sayin put your gear back after use, and if you don't some ask you to leave for a month.
