im gonna take a long shot and say:.........
you lack rear delt development and are OVER developed on the front and side delts... this could possibly have a pulling/misalignment effect on the entire shoulder area...
only reason i say this is because i was having some knee pain... and my doc...
GVT worked for me for about 4 months... then i adapted and it stopped working...
really the only thing that works is HARD work...
if you used to your routine and you try something new... ofc its going to work... isnt that what the sport is all about... constantly shocking the body into growth...
i def like that picture too... i also think bar positioning has a lot to do with form... i really think a lot of people sit the bar way to high on their back... almost on their necks.. this causes the weight to be forward pass the knees which really cant hurt form... as you increase weight..
