I'm not sure of the calories, but just reading this made my mouth water.

I know my traps can get big if I work them out often, so I:bulb:figured I would minimize the exercises for that muscle. I know the other exercises that I do for shoulders, or back will work out my traps.
Not mountain biking foo, but just riding in general.
I see a lot of people ride to key biscayne. I always wanted to do that. There's this bridge that looks pretty tough to conquer, but it looks fun. LET's DO IT!!!:rocker:
