reason i say that is cause it looks like alot of shit is goin on on thurs. if he were to move some of that onto another day he could do a hard workout for one or two of those areas and tear up the muscle more. only reason i could see myself doing such a workout would be if i was doing full body...
am i the only one that thinks bakersfield should cut down on the off days and maybe move workouts to those days? just my opinion personally. obviously the workouts would have to be harder if u were to do that and designate 1 day for them but thats my two cents on this
hmm, weird. right now im just takin about 20mg a day, and thats just cause im on the loading phase. i guess ill go with 10mg during the maintanance phase. u look like a much bigger guy than me judgin from the hummer pic so i guess i can see why u take alot more than i think i would.

1. the one im taking (phosphagen hp, yes i know u guys didnt recommend but ill change after this bottle if it sucks) has 5.25g of creatine per scoop. at my body weight i only need a little more than 2 during the maintanance phase so my question is, should i only take 1/2 scoop to avoid wasting...
i havnt used them for chking out sites selling supplements and so forth but i have used them to check out other sites and they usually are on the money. keep in mind tho that sometimes people will exagerate the rating. like theyll put a 1 just for a slight problem, etc. but ye their good
