i wouldn't..i just want to pose a hypothetical scenario so i can understand the physiology and get a better idea of what happens "behind the scenes"..its a tough question to answer, so i thought i would try and get opinions
well here is an interesting scenario.. what if you ate enough during the day, worked out and then went to bed, not eating anything till breakfast 10 hrs later? Would your body be catabolic or would your muscles be able to feed off what was supplied pre-workout?

P-funk, yes there is a lot left to be desired. I do always go below parallel for squats as you will see in the vid below. In the PL meet simulation I didn't really squat..i quit on it because I tweaked my knee or aggravated a muscle pull. I should have put more effort in the Dead, continued...
