I noticed with my cutting program that my lower arms (fore arms) and my calvs have pretty much no fat at all and I can se the muscles move when I move my hand or whatever. My face and neck have lost weight too.
Then my thighs and bicep area has more fat but not a ton and my uperbody and torso...
Yah....my friends father (ex-army and marines)is about half a foot shorter than me(oh...im 6 foot).....and you wouldnt think him that strong, but when he was in highschool wrestling he weightlifted and he could bench 300+ lbs. I dont think that he weighed more than 150 lbs. Maybe around 140 or...
I was wondering if there was such a thing as condensed muscle. I have noticed before that some slim runner types with small muscles can lift as much as or sometimes more than some of the large muscled lifter types? How can these samller mucles lift the same as larger ones?

Yah...there was a guy on my football team that thought he was buff and was like....."Man I cant wait till spring break to meet all the girls down in Florida." He was pretty strong but I was thinking....'With that gut....I dont think you will be meeting much of anything!' LOL
yah.....I played a center in junior high and I broke my midle finger and my pinky. The midle fingers where not bad the but the pinky was broken back farther in the hand so i had to sit out a bit. Think it got a big chip and a crack

I guy who used to workout in my highschool gym during weightraing for football. Its been a few years since that. It maid me paranoid for a while. It sounds like bs but you never can be too shure. That would suck too.... Is this totally untrue?

yah....i played first in junior high......I weight like 165 so i was a bretty big guy. Then between 8th and 9th grade I got really sick and lost down to 147lbs. I still kicked as though on JV but I was sort of a later bloomer so all of the time spent in the weightroom didnt help all that much...
