    Thanks Man, we also tried this thing from rocky, where he put a log on his shoulders and did a sort of log hop...but we did it with a heavy medicine ball......it just wasn't the same, might try it with a bar and weights next time

    Will boxing slow down my gains? Also, me and my friend simulated some of the strong man events ( cuz the gym was closed) and it was a pretty good workout, we mixed it with pull ups/push ups/ and runnin the 100m a couple times. I don't see why this would hurt me, but just wanna make sure.

    hmm, I not once found myself in the situation where I didn't feel like hitting up the weights, or some other routine. In fact, if I miss a day because of some stupid reason, I feel bad about it and the next time I go in I push myself even more

    I usually just stretch before I lift. I did feel kind of odd, i woke up and it looked like someone ate everything in the freekin house. And I was out of protien powder so I was kind of screwed diet-wise today. Thanks for the reply's man, I'll have to try to hit it next week.

    :( On top of that, I also did chin ups today, then afterwards biceps..was that a bad move? It felt like the chin ups drained my biceps/brachialis? maybe I had bad form?

    Thanks guys! In the weight room at school theres never really enough room to do deadlifts, all the bars are on a bench so its hard to get a bar to do bent rows also.
