10th week update, this concludes phase one of my 2015 journal and the end of this recomp.
Ill remain at a cruise for about a week or so on low-dose test and mast.
So what now? Nothing. Im looking forward to cutting up. Mentally focused and physically prepared.

This should be one my best cycles. I Had my last cheat day yesterday. I will stay in a deficit until i see drastic changes. Once things slow down, i will reduce cals even more. Should be a memorable cycle.

Hope you get the knee in check before summer. Had some pain in my right knee last week or so, i assumed maybe it was the letro. So i reduced dose. Then my nipples started looking like a wet tee contest. Its a fine balance between joint pain and rocking tits for me.
