    yeh i know i need to eat more but i dont know wat to eat i try to eat as healthy as possible with allowing my self alittle lead way so im not killing my self to eat right or not eating much at all and i do atleast 3-4 days of cardio a week 20-40 mins

    in regards to u asking me to post my diet this is wat is will most likely look like today .... 2-3 gallons of water animal pak salad for lunch prolly cheese steak before i lift but no roll and no cheese dinner will most likely be chicken or tuna with salad and if needed i will add some protein...

    sounds easier said then done lol also i have alot of friends that booze which kinda sucks because im always around it im trying to cut my boozin back to atleast once every two weeks but i drink a glass of red wine a day with dinner

    so i have been eating as little needed to get by eating high protein low cal low carb intake i have seen little to no results i have been lifting for a few months now im about 24% body fat im 6'1 185 i was just looking for alittle help from others to see wat has worked
