Well has any one here had one ? Secondly if you cut the tube that takes the testosterone into your body what will happen to your muscles ? I like to work out and if this sudden lack of Test. will seriously affect it i dont want to have it done. Or do you take pills to conteract the effects...
Im gettting ready to go back to Stanol V (Winstrol) and last time I did it the injected muscles hurt like crazy. Is this normal ? Also I was injec. my shoulders and ass at around 2cc the first week and then 1cc the following week every other day. Does this sound right. Any advice would be nice...
Ok heres a quick example of my chest:
3x8 incline
3x8 decline
3x8 Barbell Press
3x8 Fly's
I do this three times a week. My other muscle groups have a similiar set-up
Im doing all my upper body 3 times a week and lower the other two days. I was told to do three sets of eight reps at a heavy weight (maxed on last rep) per excersise to bulk out and then later move to 4x10 or so when i want to get some definition. Does this make more sense ?
Shaving keeps your balls so much cooler in the summer. I work on a hot airport landing strip all day and it keeps the boys cooler. Also you dont want your woman to have your pubs in her teeth once she's done. If you like her shaved return the favor.
I love going down. Nothing like making them lock there legs around your head when you get to the right spot. Plus once they get off once orally the rest of sex goes alot better IMO.
Newbie question here. Im trying to bulk out again. Is 3x8 reps really enough ? Thats what i keep getting told but even at a heavy wieght my muscles (especially my chest) doesnt feel sore the next day like im not really working it.
