i have been hearing that if you take creatine for a while then stop you will lose all your muscle and get fat again is this just cause u arnt working out or does the creatine cause this?
should i take creatine after lifting because soon as school starts im gona be at school all day then striaght to lifting, but when should i take the creatine. and how about a diet i was thinking taking a shake b4 school pack a lunch then drink another shake after wroking out. sound good?
thanks fade... i dont knon scott i just found a paper in the weight room out of a magizine and liked the rutine so i started on it. it seems to work pretty well for me and i do do cercut training. like i said i was just wondering if it was a good work out or not. and the paper said to do body...
