Every 3 to 4 months is ideal. I don't schedule a week off because seems every so often something comes up that forces time off like last week. I was down and out with a cold so I can deal with taking a few days off for that.
Always a nice surprise when my monthly issue of Muscle Mag shows up in my mailbox. I know it is the same old stuff over and over again but there is always some little tip or trick that I have long forgotten about that reminds me to throw back into my routine for a change up.
