    Thanks twarrior. I'm screwed...six weeks!!! I can't go six whole weeks without any upper body workouts. Wouldn't I be in SERIOUS PAIN if I tore my tendon? I mean it hurts a little, but I can still bench the same weights, if not more, than what I was benching before the injury.

    5 times a week. Mon/Thu: chest, tris, abs Tue/Fri: bis, shoulders, abs Sat: legs and back
