Good read Emma thanks. Very conclusive. I disagree pretty strongly with the need for an insulin spike post workout though unless you have done a considerable amount of cardio vascular exercise.

You need to eat around 6 times per day. Small and often and be consuming some form of protein every three hours.
You should do cardio after weight training not before as this way you are in a state of glycogen depletion and the cardio is a much more effective fat burner. You should have a...
diet and cardio are the essential factors in any good cut. I find all over the counter supplements to be of very little use to me, particularly as my body and stimulants are not the best of friends. OTC supps will make 5% difference if IF they are quality the rest is up to you.

If your 150lbs at 5 ft8 I would advise you to train in progressive increases. You have a lot of scope for natural weight gain which is seriously reduced when attempting to both bulk and cut at the same time. True it can be achieved in early training due to the massive increase in muscle...
there are obvious benefits of mixing with water over milk.
1. Many people without realizing 1 way or another are lactose intolerant and a quality whey product will attempt to mirror the amino acid profile of the human body to ensure optimal uptake and synthesis. Milk alters the amino profile...
