    OP you know fats especially mono and saturated fats increase testosterone output witch increases muscle mass or lets you keep it at a higher rat. Fats are also a secondary source of energy. Try to get a fatty cut of steak or ground beef in there maybe some whole omega-3 eggs. GL

    did you know your body doesn't like being in ketosis, try the Anabolic diet its similar but your body gets fat adapted, your allowed a little more carbs. Don't do the diet without reading the book because you'll do it wrong but look into it. The book should be somewhere online for free.

    i use fit day right now my day is looking at my totals of being 2600-2700 calories...ive read things that just say it doesnt matter what you eat as long as it fits your macros is that comple bullshit or is it true? i always thought eating clean would be ideal?
