    yeah guess its just a new stress takes a while for the body to adapt but im looking forward to giving it a good go

    it took me an hour in total, i did supersets with a min rest in between so= a, 1 min rest, b, 1 min rest, a, 1 min rest, b, 1 min rest etc. i think it was because i didnt have food for quite a while before, as in a gap of about 3 hours, need to have a pre workout drink.
