Trying to find a training partner that you feel comfortable with is tough; having a workout partner with the same physique goals is priceless. On days where you maybe feeling a little down he may be on fire and it is really easy to feed off of that extra motivation. I lost my fav training...

Yup, A good friend of mine with social phobia was sent away and the prison cut his supply of clonazapam off, valid prescription and all. On the bright side though, you can score almost any drug you want inside if you have the $$$ and connections.
