    yea i have tried several ways this seems best. First thing I learned is that bb should be no where in the equation. I might lower and try your. one thing I do know is if you dont get it right you will find out in a few hrs.

    my wife started buying these kits that you put the seasoning and chicken in a bag then throw in oven for 35 min. chicken is tender falls apart in bag and there is a big variety of flavors. there really good. not sure of name though.

    Tren/test enanthate gains?

    10 weeks leaned up and gained about 10 lbs I was doing keto at the time, you cant beat tren IMO, I was fortunate not to have any sides. You may not be the same.
