do u pause at the bottom? plus going slow on the negative causes you 2 lower the weight which won't stimulate your muscles growth I think controlling is one thing but going slow i dunno i could be wrong
Ironman , whats the proper form on doing benches...how is it that u work the chest and not just lift the weight.....I try to go heavy with proper form ..elbows out chest high...i control the weight down about 1-2 seconds they push up about 1 second and squeeze I try not to stop on the way down...
