It depends on whats being tested. For pro athletes they are specifically looking for steroids, HGH and any hormone imbalances or surges. If they use a blocker it comes back as non-conclusive and depending on the sport a non conclusive is the same as a failed test. Most counties and courts do...

The bleach thing will post up as "non-conclusive" same as any blocker you can buy at GNC.
