Thanks.. well I was on light and easy (meal plan premade) - it's mixture of carbs pasta (handful) and lots of veggies.. for dinner and lunch was mixture of sandwiches or soups etc.. you don't exceed 1500 calories per day.

Got a modelling interview tomorrow for promo work, got up early this morning to train great session.. still on 55kg... did hard cross trainer then the cross trainer up stairs flat out then bike.. started doing abs running late for work... this guy came up who was training someone told me...

This morning got to the gym half asleep.. caffine finally kicked in after 4 minutes stuggling on the cross trainer worked out flat out.. 30 min cross trainer then 15 on tradmill lost 400 calories approx & then did rope crunches .. Still taking the CLA & DHEA doctor gave me to burn stomach...
improve diet definitely! min amount sugar!, cario 1st thing in morning empty stomach 1hour flat out if you can last it or high low 1st 1 minute run fast then slow 1 minute then fast 2 minutes then slow 1 min etc etc.. then 1 hour at night of cardio & weights, caffine tab to give u a boost to run...
